Moni Moni accepts the following payment forms: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

Sales Tax

All items shipped to addresses in California will be charged sales tax.

Shipping

Items in stock generally ship within 2 business days. If you purchased a pre-order item please allow 4 -6 weeks for delivery, unless indicated otherwise at the time of purchase.

International Orders

At Moni Moni we ship our product all over the world. International orders can be placed on our website and will be shipped via USPS, shipping fees will be added to your order based on quantities and shipping location. Local duties and taxes will be charged by the country of receipt and are the customer's responsibility. All orders shipping to Canada will be shipped via UPS.

Refund Policy

Moni Moni has a no-refund policy on all merchandise. All sales are final. We accept exchanges ONLY within 7 days from the day the order is received. All merchandise must to be in the original condition and with tags attached in order to be exchanged. Exchanges are allowed only with items that are in stock at the time of exchange. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless items are defective. Please read our product information to learn more about our Vintage look and Tinto in Capo technique. Product Information

The Tinto in Capo technique involves washing, tinting and drying the handbags after they are sewn. Imperfections such as discoloration, veins, scratches and stains and on occasion minor loose stitching are all part of the characteristics of our product which is meant to look and feel vintage, much a like a high end pair of stone washed jeans. Please note that as a result of this processing the dimensions and colors of our products can vary and are purely indicative.

Mailing your Exchange

To mail us your exchange, simply follow the directions below.

  • Please send an email to
  • Be sure to include images of any defects for approval of the Return Authorization
  • Once you receive the RA Number from Customer Service, pack all items and include a copy of the invoice.
  • Be sure to include the RA # on the return label
