All items shipped to addresses in California will be charged sales tax.
Items in stock generally ship within 2 business days. If you purchased a pre-order item please allow 4 -6 weeks for delivery, unless indicated otherwise at the time of purchase.
We ship all domestic orders UPS Ground with Adult Signature Required. UPS will attempt to deliver the package three different times. If the customer is not available after the third attempt, the order will be sent back to Moni Moni. A 20% restocking fee and payment for shipping will be charged. Moni Moni will contact all customers for this payment. Goods will be shipped again when payments are settled.
At Moni Moni we ship our product all over the world. International orders can be placed on our website and will be shipped via USPS. Shipping fees will be added to your order based on quantities and shipping location. Local duties and taxes will be charged by the country of receipt and are the customer's responsibility. All orders shipping to Canada will be shipped via UPS.
The Tinto in Capo technique involves washing, tinting and drying the handbags after they are sewn. Imperfections such as discoloration, veins, scratches and stains and on occasion minor loose stitching are all part of the characteristics of our product which is meant to look and feel vintage, much a like a high end pair of stone washed jeans. Please note that as a result of this processing, the dimensions and colors of our products can vary and are purely indicative of authenticity.
Refund, Exchanges, Discounts and Pre-Order Policies
Refunds: Moni Moni has a no-refund policy on all merchandise. All sales are final. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds for cancelled pre-order items.
Exchanges: We accept exchanges ONLY within 7 days from the day the order is received. All merchandise must be in original condition, with tag and dust bag included, in order to be exchanged. Exchanges are allowed only with items that are in stock at the time of exchange. All shipping and handling charges associated with the exchange are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable unless items are defective. Discounts: Moni Moni items purchased with a discounts may not be refunded, but may be exchanged within 7 days from the day the order is received. Moni Moni may exclude any item(s) from discount per our discretion and policies. If any item was purchased and is not included in a particular discount, Moni Moni may contact the customer and or cancel/refund the order. Pre-Ordering: If an item is purchased as a pre-order, refunds are accepted ONLY within 7 days from the day the order is received. No refunds will be issued after this time due to the start of production on the pre-ordered item. Mailing your Exchange
To mail us your exchange, simply follow the directions below:

- Be sure to include images of any defects for approval of the Return Authorization
- Once you receive the RA Number from Customer Service, pack all items and include a copy of the invoice.
